Can you say W~O~W! The new catalog, the new party format, the new Jewell line, I truly believe 2015 is going to be an incredible year for the Treasures to shine. Each of us have been given the tools and opportunity to grown our own successful businesses and to help other women grown theirs.

Essential to kicking off your 2015 is to finish 2014 strong so you have the momentum, bookings and leads to carry you into the new year. As always, Thirty-One provides us with tools so we are ready for the new catalog. All consultants will be able to purchase the add-on kit plus you can earn up free product from the new catalog so you can run your business with as little cost to you. You can earn Ready Set Sell kits from sales from $300-$1200 in sales from December 1-15. Thirty-One is a sisterhood like to other and networking with other Thirty-One consultants is key to building your Thirty-One business. If you are on Facebook make sure you are in the following groups: Tami's Gen 0 Treasures, Tami's Treasures Lineage Page, Jackie's Jems and Jen Cornell's SED Lineage Team. I have been participating in several Facebook trainings and I have learned that Facebook is limiting the group posts you see. So, if you are just counting on seeing important posts from these groups on your news feed, you may be missing out. Periodically check these group pages and like or comment on something. By continuing to engage in the group you are more likely to see the posts.

In the Spirit of Giving

It is that wonderful time of year where we surround ourselves with family and friends and reflect upon the year and the blessings we have in our lives. It's also a time when people give of themselves by donating time or making charitable contributions to organizations that work to make life better for those who are less fortunate. I am reaching out to you, the wonderful women who have come into my life through Thirty-One, to ask you to consider giving to a cause that has become close to my heart.

Many of you know my dear friend, Carrie, lost her 19 year old daughter, MacKenzie, this past July. Kenzie was a victim in a murder-suicide at the hands of a boy she briefly dated. This senseless act took the life of a vivacious, intelligent, goal driven young woman who had a very bright future ahead of her. In a moment, Kenzie's life was taken and families were shattered over a senseless, selfish act of domestic violence.

There are so many worthwhile causes. For over two years I have been struggling to find the one cause that really got into my soul and touched my heart. The circumstances of Kenzie's death, the devastation that has been left behind and the determination of Kenzie's family to provide a way for her legacy to live on has led me to my cause, to support organizations helping women escape domestic violence.

I have reached out to the Sacramento WEAVE organization and I am teaming up with them through two projects, an ongoing project for my customers and a Christmas project for my entire downline. I am inviting you to help provide Christmas for victims of violence through a toy drive benefiting the Weave Holiday Toy Shoppe.

WEAVE's Holiday Toy Shoppe provides an opportunity for parents to shop for their children and ensures that the families served by WEAVE can have a joyful holiday with gifts under their tree. A parent who has received services from WEAVE is able to come to the Holiday Toy Shoppe and pick out 2 toys, a stuffed animal and a book for each child. There is nothing better that the sights and sounds of children waking up on Christmas morning to a lighted Christmas tree with treasured gifts underneath. For the children who have lived in a violent environment I imagine this joy is immeasurable.

If this project touches your heart and you would like to donate to the Holiday Toy Shoppe, I will be collecting donations of new, unwrapped toys, books and gift cards through December 12th. I have included WEAVE's Holiday Wish List of affordable items that would make Christmas a little brighter for families this year. I hope you will consider joining me in this effort.

Be a Thirty-One Personal Shopper

Help your Customers with their holiday shopping needs by being a Thirty-One Personal Holiday Shopper!


The first step is for you to create a video (or videos!) showcasing your ideas for giving thoughtful, personalized Thirty-One gifts this holiday season. Thirty-one will collect all of the videos in a YouTube playlist so that everyone can see what is available this holiday season, and give you videos to share on your social networks as well!

Then, Thirty-One will provide you more tools and other ideas to help us get the word out so your Customers can give special, personalized gifts that help create that feeling we all love: It is Better to Give Than to Receive.

Your video and the videos from all of our Thirty-One personal holiday shoppers are another great party tool that you can share with your Customers at your parties, to help spark their own ideas for gifts for their loved ones.
