Its that time of year again! If you would like to purchase your yearbooks for the 2019-2020, 2020-2021, or Pre-order the 2021-2022 school year, bring cash or check written to Gaston HS for $45. All yearbook pick up and purchases can be made in the front office.

SCIENCE FAIR MAY 20th ANNOUNCEMENT!

SCIENCE FAIR MAY 20th ANNOUNCEMENT!

Upcoming volunteer opportunity, to support STEAM education in the Gaston School District! We are looking for people who are interested in and available to participate as volunteer judges for this year's Jr High Science Fair, on Friday May 20th from 7:30-3:00. No official training necessary, and the criteria for evaluating students' experiments will be shared in advance. Morning coffee and snacks, as well as lunch, will also be provided. If you can be there for the day, and/or if you know others (retired friends, etc.) who can, please let us know by sending an email to Joe Matteson, Jr/Sr High Science teacher, at mattesonj@gastonk12.org


The Science fair will be open to the public on Friday from 4:30 - 6:30! Feel free to stop by and support the students.

We have one more raffle coming up on June 1st! The Ultra Gear Premium Monitor! It will be 10 Paws a ticket, and sold by Mrs. Walker during second chance breakfast. Keep an eye out for more great prizes in the display case!

Plant Sale!

Mr. Matteson and the Horticulture class have been working hard to put together hanging baskets and student planted, grown, and nurtured veggies or flowers for you to bring home!

Here are the scheduled dates for the upcoming plant sales! The sale will be from 4:00 - 6:00 pm.
