The Law Clearly States....
WHAT DOES THE LAW SAY ABOUT DISCRIMANATION?
If you think that you are discrimanated becaused of your race, the law may be able to help you.
The law forbids discrimanation in any form, expecialy when it comes to employment.
- hiring
- firing
- pay
- job assignments
- promotions
- layoff
- training
- fringe benifits
- and any other term or condition of employment
Is it really that common?
Recently, there was an incedent at a hospital. A white man would not let the nurse handle his baby. The nurse was black. The nurse took the case to court, and protested that it was racial discrimanation at work. She stated that the man had no right to un-allow her to do her job.
Racial discrimination in our community.
Lately in our comunity people have been getting made fun of and it needs to end. Some things we can do to fix that is we can start treating each other equal, by that I mean not catgorizing people by the color of their skin or the shape of their eyes. We should treat everyone the way we want to be treated.
