Atomic Bomb
Would you like to learn about the Atomic Bomb? The Atomic Bomb was a very powerful weapon in world war 2. The toxic material in the bomb killed tons of people. It was announced the super power status of the United States Of America. This is why the Atomic Bomb was so important.
Atomic Bomb
For the first time in human race has possessed power to annihilate itself. The Atomic Bomb was so strong that when the cold war began newer and deadlier arms race was initiated. A unit called the "TNT Equivalent" (at ton of TNT) is used. This is because Trinitrototoluene (TNT) is the most powerful chemical explosion. A ton of TNT as a unit, is equal to 4.184 Gigajoules. A Megaton of TNT is equal to 4.184 x 10 to the 15th power J.
Atomic Bomb
These are all reasons of why the Atomic Bomb made such an impact on World War 2. Right after the Atomic Bomb exploded people tried to make deadlier weapons like TNT. This event will be remembered for many years to come. It has changed all sorts of warfare and geopolitics of the world. I think that this is a very neat subject and I hope you enjoy this subject too.
