Weekly Happenings

Greetings Students and Families,

This week student are continuing to rotate through math and literacy stations. All the students have done an exceptional job of transitioning between activities. Now, students will focus more on working together as a team to help each other along with problems that may arise. We have had dynamic parent support during our stations which is a key to small group sizes and student learning. Thank you so much for your support!!

Math focus: Chapter 2 - Addition -

Monday - Addition Properties

Tuesday - Addition Patterns

Wednesday - Adding Mentally

Thursday - Estimating Sums

Literacy focus:

Reading Challenges started last Friday! Every student has chosen a chapter book within their Lexile and met with me to set their individual challenge. Please help your student be successful by reminding them to have their challenge book and log (pink paper) with them every day.
