Classified Employee Evaluations

Each classified employee should complete a Self-Assessment and Pre-Conference Evaluation. Supervisors are responsible for uploading completed evaluations in PowerSchool Records. Evaluation forms are located on the HR Webpage and in SharePoint. Evaluation guidelines are attached. Deadline to complete this process is September 13, 2019.

Contributing Professionals PSC PLP/PLG

Contributing Professionals are individuals who do not provide direct instruction to students and are evaluated with appropriate instruments other then TKES/LKES. As part of this year's evaluation, you will need to create at least one individualized professional learning goal that will be monitored by the supervisor for your contributing professionals. All Paraprofessionals are certified and are required to prepare a learning goal. For examples of Contributing Professionals please see the instructions below. Supervisors/Evaluators should upload all PLPs and PLGs in PowerSchool by May 8, 2020 for contributing professionals and June 30, 2020 for paraprofessionals.

Uploading Evaluations

Principals & Directors:

Please remember it is your responsibility to upload evaluations in each employee's evaluation folder in PowerSchool Records. After each evaluation deadline, HR will run a report to ensure each employee has an evaluation in their folder. Instructions for uploading documents are available in SharePoint and are attached below.

Is Your Certificate Due to Expire Soon?

If your certificate is expiring in 2020, renewal packets are coming soon. Melanie Brown, Certification Administrator, will be distributing Certification Renewal Packets October 11, 2019. The PSC pushed the window back to submit applications. That is the reason packets are going out a little later this year. If you have questions, please contact Melanie at

If you have a New Hire in your building that has not attended a Mandatory HR New Hire Session, please notify Katrina Swindle at immediately. She will schedule the new hire and notify them via their personal email (not district).

Employee Referral Bonus Program

Help Us Build A Great Team!

Employees who refer a "Teacher" candidate will receive a $1000 referral bonus if that candidate is hired and works in the district for a full year. Reach out to friends and family interested in teaching and tell them about the great things happening in Bibb! Please see the attached flyer for guidelines.
