Establishing Genuine Peer Feedback
in Triadic and Group Supervision
Counseling Supervision Series
Triadic and group supervision provide opportunities for peer feedback. While new counselors and clinicians seek this feedback, it may be difficult for peers to engage in authentic sharing for fear of being critical of each other. This training will discuss strategies for fostering genuine and authentic feedback among peers. Specifically, we will discuss strategies supervisors can use to establish trust, empathy, and a willingness to risk connection in pairs and groups.
$30 registration fee. 3 CEUs provided. This training meets the Supervision CEU requirement for LCPC license.
