Who Am I?

"When I was a young person I went to the university and I learned a rational language, to think with the left side of the brain. But in the right side of the brain you have intuition and imagination. Words are not the truth; they indicate the way to go, but you need to go alone, in silence. Symbols have a language that kills the words." Alejandro Jodorowsky

My Brain

Athough I use both the left and the right side of my brain depending on the thought process necessary, I am most comfortable while using the right side of my brain. That means that I perfer spontaneity, expression, nuturing, social, and interpersonal activity, imagination, and creativity, artistry, holistic, abstract, and conceptual thinking. However, sometimes I need more structure, control, clarity, focus, direction, responsibility, organization, planning, mathmatical and analytical skills, listening skills, rational and logical thinking.

Behavioral Style

When making decisions I tend to follow the Behavioral Style. People with that decision making style are sociable, friendly, supportive, Interpersonal sociable orientation, and has a talent for building teams and encouraging. Others sometimes perceive my decision making style as wishy-washy , unable to say no, overly concerned with others, or unable to make hard decisions. The best organizational fit for me is one that allows for informality, with simple organization, and loose settings.
