Open Content and its impact on work, employment, and vocation
Work employment and education are related. When you are working you also seek to be better and better every time and learn new things so you can progress. So in employment you also need education for you to continue learning, and in education you need open content. With open content you will have a way to learn new things from universities online. There are books that help you online to study and also videos where you can learn more things, as well as classes in open content from universities. Each time there are more and more ways to study online. If you keep studying you will be better in work. Also the people who have already some years in their work and with no study need to go update because the new generations come with updated studies and can get you fired in a second.
Open Content is used now a days very commonly in jobs and employments. People take advantage of this useful source to improve in their daily work and share their knowledge to other people. In work people mostly use open content to verify their works and take out information needed to continue working. Downloading music illegally is an example of open content that damages work and employment. Open content is used in this situation because someone decides to share the music he bought (legally) and send it to a music page. Then other people starts downloading the music, making changes like remixes, and resending it to other people. If people starts downloading music illegally it starts damaging the music industries. By doing so, those industries will bankrupt and the singer will not get any money. Downloading music is the perfect example of open access in work, employment and other vocations. Another great example is that you want to enter your curriculum or an essay to get a job, well you can upload your work online, other people could check it out and hire you or simply perfectionate your work and you can send it to the job company. It helps in very different and simple ways open access to humans on a daily work basis.
