Aliyah Vesper - Senior, Varsity Volleyball

The Trojans got wins #3 and #4 in the MAC Silver Division behind strong play from senior outside hitter, Aliyah Vesper. In straight set wins over New Haven and Hazel Park last week, Aliyah had 15 kills, solo and double block kills, 11 digs and 17 service points. Clawson sits atop the league standings at 4-0 with a showdown against Lamphere this week.

Tendaji Alexander - Senior, Varsity Football

Tendaji, a wide receiver and defensive back for the Trojans, had a monster game at Center Line on Friday night. He scored 4 four touchdowns - every way possible - in the 37-29 win over the Panthers. With two receiving TDs, a fumble recovery scoop and run back TD, and a 55-yard punt return, Tendaji was tough to stop as the Trojans climbed into second place in the MAC Bronze.

What you need to know in order to play in the Powder Puff game:

1. Complete the Permission Slip and turn in to office - Powder Puff Permission Slip link

2. Pay the admission fee to the office

• Players - $15 for a shirt and mouthguard

• Cheerleaders $10 for a shirt

3. Attend mandatory practice on Sunday Oct 10 at 11am at Clawson City Park

4. Game times are Sunday Oct 10 at Clawson City Park

• Freshmen vs. Sophomores at 5pm

• Juniors vs. Seniors at 7pm

• Friday Oct 1 - Homecoming Parade - leaves from CHS front parking lot at 5:30pm
• Friday Oct 1 - Varsity Football Senior Night - 6:45pm at Clawson City Park
• Friday Oct 1 - Homecoming Football game - 7pm at Clawson City Park
• Monday Oct 4 - Varsity Boys Soccer Senior Night - 7pm at Clawson City Park
• Thu Oct 14 - Varsity Volleyball Senior Night - 6pm Clawson HS Gym

All student-athletes in High School and Middle School must have the following in order to participate in athletics at CHS and CMS:

1. Current Physical (dated on or before April 15, 2021)
2. PlanetHS.com account (click here for video on how to do this)
3. Athlete Code of Conduct (on PlanetHS.com)
4. Pay to Participate
