How to Make the Most of Digital Field Trips
Field trips give students a sense of adventure, in a new setting, and provide an opportunity for immersive learning. Now virtual field trips can take students anywhere in the world without them ever leaving the classroom. These digitally driven "trips" are budget friendly and often equally as engaging as a real world experience.
Give K-12 students an opportunity to explore a moment in time, a culture, or an art period as if they were really there. Engage in a virtual field trip and see were it can take you!
Technology is Advancing Personalized Learning
Technology has forever changed how we live, work, and learn. Tools like mobile devices and videoconferencing systems have added flexibility and collaborative potential to office spaces and classrooms, and the advancements keep coming. In fact, we've written at length about students' unparalleled access to technology - including why you should be teaching them the importance of digital citizenship - but there's a hot topic we haven't yet touched on: Technology is advancing personalized learning, and we're seeing more and more examples of how it positively impacts both students and teachers.
Explore further on this innovative method of personalized learning.
