New Chester County Library Resources

Chester County (by the Exton Mall) and Hankin Branch Libraries now offer a Museum Pass Program that provides free admission to local museums. They are also piloting with T-Mobile to lend mobile hotspots to customers for a nominal fee. Information can be found here.

An English teacher and I recently collaborated with a public librarian to distribute library cards to students, after which they explored the awesome resources available to them and their families. Contact me if you're interested in doing this for your students.

One particularly helpful resource available through CCLS is Learning Express Library, where students can practice for SAT, AP, and ACT exams, occupation exams, college placement tests and much more. I'd be happy to provide a "webquest" assignment using this database if you'd like to share with students.
