Have questions for the school nurse?
COVID - Please be overly cautious when considering when to send your child to school. It is VERY important that we all follow the guidelines when it comes to quarantining. If you have been around someone that is sick or has tested positive, please reach out to the school nurse to get information about what you need to do. Read over the attestation form each day to make sure that your child is healthy and able to come to school. Masks should be worn to school each day and washed in between uses.
Our school nurse Kimberly Sluder is here to help you navigate this challenging year. You can find her at school at 336-838-4261 or on ClassDojo. You can also reach her by email -- Nurse Sluder at email@example.com
