Thirty-One is going to send two more customer emails this month
- June 18th another version is going out to your Customers the Amazing Deal.
- June 25th one more email will go out pointing out the differences between the two LUT and DUT.
Check your Email report to see who is looking and what they are looking at. Follow up by contacting them and finding out which one she wants!
First step - Read the report. I mean really read it. Copy and paste it into excel, move the headers to a column so you can sort it by name and email, group together and target the ladies with the most activity as a first priority and then work on the second half of the report with just the opens. Second, if you don't know who they are, figure it out. Go search through order history and find where that person might be connected. that will help you with how you know them and make the conversation easier. Chop it into bite size pieces and use all types of communication but use your excel sheet to track the success. try to make at 3 contacts a day. lead with with the special if you have no other words. You can always make it generic like 'I know you love our thermals, or I know you have wanted more LUTs. Work with your teams on developing a script, show them examples of your communications so that they can see it's easy. I just knew that my team wasn't using this tool. so I have been easing them into the concept over the last couple of months to get them to see how this is really a powerful tool. Share results with your team, quantify it for them with $$$. Don't just tell them to do it - make sure they know how, and hav e them share their success - its contagious. The team challenge was to start to get them just talking about the special. I used no prizes as motivation - this was an honest exercise to stretch themselves, to make connections in their business that would carry them to a successful fall. The reward for working the warm call report was a stronger sales month and building momentum. I asked them to race me to June 30th with the most amount of retail orders. We're tracking it and so far the 7 consultants who are really committed to the challenge have combined sales of 292 LUT/DUT specials. We phrased it 2LUT for $45, 2 DUT for $75 or one of each for $60. Personally, i have sold $623 in retail orders and have accumulated $450 in sales for a personal party. That is 1073$ in just volume without my party schedule. Lastly, this has stretched me - and has helped me be more intentional. I know we are always talking about being intentional and I feel this is one great example of HOW to be that way. I personally feel like my team is more open to 'NO' and getting better at using their words through this exploration. Hope that helps - I had no formal notes, you know I just talk talk talk !! LOL

Wait list – Conference is almost here! We’re excited to announce we were able to take care of everyone from the wait list for Columbus! Of the 1,667 Consultants on the wait list, 612 chose to register and attend in Columbus.
Hotel update – We’re encouraging everyone attending Conference in either Denver or Columbus to call your hotel to confirm your reservation and make sure your credit card is on file to hold the room. If they do not hear from you, they will you’re not coming and the reservation will be canceled.
If you have a roommate, their names need to be shared with hotel also. If a person’s name is not on the reservation and they attempt to check in, they will not be allowed to.
