Mr. Suminski
LINCOLN PTO . . . TO THE CLASS OF 2020
Hello 8th Grade Graduates,
We are so proud of your accomplishments and know that this has been a very strange ending to your middle school experience. We hope you know how special you are and we wish you much happiness and success as you start on your high school journey. We hope you have enjoyed your yard sign, Prospect bag and LMS Class of 2020 wristband. We hope you enjoyed watching the baby picture video and guessing which classmate went with which picture. But guess what … the celebration for the Lincoln Class of 2020 is not over ... here's what's next ...
A memory video is being created by Mr. Ruggiero and will highlight your years at Lincoln. We also want to include a picture of you in your graduation gown, and once you pick it up ... make sure to put it on, snap a picture and send it in using this google form - click here. For anyone who is interested in being included in the memory video with a graduation gown picture, please submit your graduation gown picture by June 5.
Prospect Spirit Wear is being offered by the Prospect Athletic Boosters through an online store. Please click here https://phsknights2020.itemorder.com/sale if you are interested in ordering Prospect Spirit Wear. Orders need to be placed by June 7 and will be shipped directly to you.
We can't believe that this school year is over. Enjoy the next week of festivities and we look forward to "make some noise" (from your front porches) for our graduates on June 8 after their virtual graduation. Please contact either Robyn McCluskey (gmcclusk@aol.com) or Laura Matuszak (matuszak.laura@gmail.com) with any questions. Our next newsletter update will be with the June 9th newsletter.
OUR LRC DIRECTOR, MRS. WALSH
Dear Parent(s) and Guardians:
In preparation for Lincoln’s end-of-the year collection of school materials, I’ll be sending out an update on Friday, May 22, 2020, with items your student has checked out of Lincoln’s library. Our collection is a community investment in our children. Thus, it’s essential we ensure items are returned. At this moment, we have nearly $20,000 in checked-out materials.
Please take a moment with your child to locate materials, placing them in a safe spot to be returned along with Chromebooks, during Lincoln’s “Drop Off Days.”
On behalf of Lincoln’s students and staff, thank you for taking the time to collect and return class novels and other library items, for everyone in our learning community.
Sincerely,
Mrs. Michelle Walsh
MRS. BAILEY, ATHLETIC DIRECTOR
WRESTLING AND VOLLEYBALL UNIFORMS MUST BE RETURNED.
ANY DANCE TEAM UNIFORMS NOT YET RETURNED MUST ALSO BE DROPPED OFF.
Please make sure that you have located all the pieces of your athletic uniform.
Make sure that the uniforms have been cleaned and bagged with your name clearly printed on the outside. Per Mr. Suminski’s drop off directions, 8th grade will drop off on Monday, June 1 from 7:00-11:30AM. 7th Grade will take place on Monday, June 1 from 12:30-5:00PM, and 6th grade will be on Tuesday, June 2 from 7:00-11:30AM. If you miss your window for drop off, Tuesday, June 2 from 12:30-5:00PM is available for any grade.
THE SCHOOL NURSE . . .
Warm sunny days can make us feel so happy... But sunburns can ruin all that fun! After a long cold winter spent inside it is easy to forget sunscreen. So this is your reminder to get in the habit!
