District Happenings
Tuesday, January 14th:
Osage Computer Science Recognized by Governor Reynolds Tuesday!
Osage has been recognized as a model in Iowa for the work being done by you ALL in integrating technology across the curriculum and specifically for being a small school creating opportunities for students through a K-12 Computer Science pathway. The addition of Esports and our students being successful on the AP CS Exam have also gotten noticed.
The Osage model has been presented statewide and we have been invited to attend and be recognized at the Governor's Condition of Education Speech.
25 K-5 students/ staff will be attending the opening speech on Tuesday.
The Speech is at 10 AM Tuesday!, January 14th.

Dear Green Devil families,
A reminder for the upcoming benefit/fundraiser for Osage Teacher Connie Ryan and her family. If you would like to make a donation of an item for the silent auction, a baked good for the bake sale, or a monetary donation please have items at Lincolon Elementary by 3 PM Friday, January 17th. We hope you can attend the quad basketball game at Manly and the Soup Supper that evening as well.

Tuesday:
Mayor Cooper will visit 3rd grade to talk about his role as mayor. Trivia...Mayor Cooper is the longest-serving mayor in Osage’s history!
Wednesday:
1:45 PM dismissal for teacher in-service.
