Our Summer Olympic games will consist of 8 weeks (some will be 6) of training (June 6-July 29) with the competitions held on week 9. There will be an awards ceremony to follow! We will have various styles of contests focused on fun, interaction and healthy competition! You will be provided a training plan with every contest you and your team decide to participate in! This is a great way to get connected with co-workers, burn calories and build synergy!
Get your entire team at work involved! Who will win the Gold? We will have 3 categories of winners:
- The Individual Category
- The Team Category
- Highest Points- We know summer is vacation time, so every workout you record during your challenge will earn you 10 points. Highest points in each challenge will the gold!
Congrats to Lynn Cromer for winning the "plank-off" during Family Fun Day! She held a plank for 6 minutes and 18 seconds!
Any associate can compete in our summer games! You do not have to be a Coliseum member (although we would love for you to join if you are not).
