Parents Attending the Trip

Parents planning to attend must sign-in at the office on the morning of the field trip. Please be ready to show your ID. A badge will be given to parents to be worn while on the trip.

Signing Students Out from the Trip

Parents who plan to sign their child out from the trip must notify the office when signing-in that morning. This information will be printed on the parent’s badge and will indicate to teachers that the child is cleared to leave with that adult. Teachers are not permitted to allow students to leave from the field trip with adults who do not have this information on their badge.

ADA stands for Average Daily Attendance. Average Daily Attendance is defined as the total days of student attendance divided by the total days of instruction. Check out SGE's ADA trends in the chart above.

We're going to "STRIVE FOR 95!" while also knowing that "98 IS Great!" We recognize that illnesses and events take place that necesitate absences, however, we do encourage every student to be in school every day he/she is able. Let's work for 98%!
