Counselor Corner
Hello families! Susan Remmers and myself (Mrs. Moss) are implementing Triple P parenting discussion groups that are happening every month until the end of the school year. If you are interested in gaining tips, support or information on fighting and aggression, hassle-free shopping, dealing with disobedience or hassle-free mealtimes, please email me or complete the survey here: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1W2F7wkNl7_KkC7LbVe0mWpBCs9xLRBj9yctZ9zarjfc/prefill. Also, I will be teaching Body Safety lessons beginning in April. These body safety lessons cover Erin's Law where students are taught to keep their bodies safe. Learning objectives include practicing saying, "No" assertively, learning the "No, go tell" rule and empowering students that they have a right to their body. Opt-out letter will be going home this month if you do not want your student to participate in the lessons.
Counselor tip: Invite your student to talk about what they like about their body. Having a conversation about what our bodies can do, what is special about our bodies, can help develop a healthy body image for our students. See attachment for a printable.

Student Store
Dear Territorial Families,
Territorial 5th graders are doing a student store every Wednesday. We sell a variety of toys, fidgets, and school supplies. All of the money goes to our End of the Year Celebration.
Please consider bringing money to the student store, but please bring less than our $10 dollar limit. We appreciate your business and help with our End of the Year Celebration.
Thank you!
Archer Williams and 5th Grade Class
