The Program
Pre-Program: Comprehensive Assessments
The in-depth assessments are one of the most valuable aspects of the program. Participants, direct reports, peers and managers complete a 360 degree feedback survey that becomes the foundation for the classroom experience and one-on-one coaching session and offer an honest, candid view of participants. Participants will also complete and Insights assessment.
Program: Interactive Classroom Experience
The experiential activities drive home key lessons, providing insight that can be readily applied back at work. The three-day classroom experience provides a safe environment for learning and skill practice.
Post-Program: Continued Coaching
Development is an on-going process, not a one-time event. After the classroom experience, we will support participants in applying and sustaining their development experience by providing a 45-minute telephone coaching session. Additional sessions are available to participants who want to continue with their development.
