PARENT-TEACHER CONFERENCES
Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held on Apr. 7 & 11. Teachers will be scheduling conferences during the month of March. This is a good time to discuss your child's progress along with things they can be working on to make further gains. Thank you for taking this time with your child's classroom teacher and/or special education teacher! Your partnership is greatly appreciated!

MCA's (MINNESOTA COMPREHENSIVE ASSESSMENTS)
MCA's continue next week for 3rd, 4th & 5th graders across the state of MN. The Reading MCA is this next week- April 11-15, and Math MCA the week of April 18th. Students in grades 3-5 take the Reading and the Math MCAs. The best preparation is getting plenty of sleep the night before. We encourage students to try their very best.
5th Grade Parent Night/WEB Event at Northfield Middle School
We look forward to you and your student attending the 5th Grade Parent Night / WEB event on Thursday, April 14 from 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. Parents and students will report to the Middle School auditorium for a welcome from staff. Students will then be dismissed to meet our awesome 8th grade WEB leaders for some fun activities and parents will have a presentation in the auditorium.
We are very excited to welcome all of you to our Middle School family. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have questions.

Dear Bridgewater Artists and Supporters!
We're back after two years! To meet our State and National Visual Arts Standards we will be putting on an art show during conference nights! Stop by and see the incredible work of our young artists, check out the art room, and visit Ms. Woodstrup. There are also time slots to schedule a conference if you would like one. Please use the conference links and include your artist's name. Also, if you can donate wipes to the art room we would greatly appreciate your help!

Arts á la Carte is BACK for the 20th Anniversary!
We hope that you can join the fun on Friday, April 22nd from 6-9 pm for an exciting night filled with tons of art making, musical performances, theater experiences, a student gallery show, a Maker’s Fair, door prizes and food! Art making opportunities include clay wheel lessons, Shrinky Dink art, face painting, Henna temporary tattoos, paper marbling, mini wood paintings, glitter tattoos, printmaking, Zentangles, origami, mini food sculptures and SO much more!
The event is open to the public and arts lovers of all ages.
The cost is $3.00 per person at the door and a variety of concessions will be available for purchase. The price of admission also includes one raffle ticket for the end-of-the-evening prize drawings.

World-class Learning for Elementary Students Grades K–5
Bridgewater Elementary School, situated on a 14-acre campus just south of downtown Northfield, is a K–5 public school serving approximately 550 students. It serves the neighborhoods on Northfield’s southern side,
Dundas, and the rural area south of Highway 19 and west of Highway 246. Students benefit from an active parent-teacher organization, Bridgewater Booster Club (BBC) and many parent volunteers.
The staff is intensely dedicated to offering a high quality, well-rounded education that strives to meet the specific needs of each student. We focus on empowering our students in their learning and building a solid foundation for their educational journeys.
