Keeping the Faith and Keeping Connected

April 2, 2020

"Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our affliction, so that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God."

Heritage Academy Offers Online Education [in response to COVID-19]

Beginning the week prior to spring break, Heritage Academy took all courses (K-12) online using office.com and Microsoft TEAMS. A big THANK YOU to staff, faculty, parents, and students for working together to make this transition as smooth as possible.

We are looking forward to new opportunities this fall as we learn this technology.

Secondary Classes Online

Mrs. Reinkemeyer shared that some of the students are virtually eating lunch together and we thought this was a great way for the students to remain connected and continue building community.

Mr. Schnipper is doing a virtual chapel this week with each of the secondary classes and will continue to do this. The schedule will look like this:

Monday-7th & 8th grade chapel

Wednesday-9th-10th grade chapel

Old School Values, New School Schedule

Heritage Academy is a University-Model® School, facilitating students' access to excellent education, increased time with family, and opportunities for growth toward maturity while providing a cost-effective, college-preparatory education. In an age where family life is becoming increasingly fragmented, the unique structure of the model also serves to “turn the hearts of fathers to their children, and the hearts of children to their fathers ” (Malachi 4:6).
