Message from Mrs. Carey!

Dear KES families,

Happy Friday Eve to our KES families! It was wonderful to see our families at the spring concert and our Field Day event!! Thank you to all of the families that attended our events, as well as those that volunteered their time!

Our PTA is a big part of our KES family! They provide fundraising opportunities, with funds coming back, primarily to our students & classrooms! They have been able to provide playground and recess equipment, additional technology resources, books for our classrooms, incentives for special events, field day treats, 5th Grade advancement treats, and so, so much more! They also plan out our fall festival, winter events, and spring events! WE NEED YOU! Please consider nominating someone for a position on the KES 2022-2023 PTA board or volunteer yourself! As a team, we can make great things happen! Linked below is a nomination form. Please complete it no later than May 27th, 2022-TOMORROW! Paper copies of the form are also available.

Water Bottle Donation!

Mrs. Klepper and Ms. Bramble happily accepted a donation of 500 water bottles from Jonathan Qvarnstrom of For All Seasons Behavioral Health. The bottles say "Be Kind to Your Mind" and they help celebrate Mental Health Awareness Month during May. Students also participated in activities to promote positive thinking and healthy minds provided by Lauren Weber of For All Seasons.

Thank you for this generous donation!
