Come and experience our Administrative Development Program (ADP) that will equip you with the tools, techniques, and behavioral skills you need to maximize your success! If you are looking to improve your skills in communication, technology, professionalism, and other areas, then this is the program for you.

*Manager/Supervisory staff will not be able to register for this program.


ADP is our multi-track offering consisting of 16 sessions designed to enhance and empower administrative effectiveness and efficiency. Please note ADP is only available to administrative assistants and those who wish to be promoted to administrative assistant.


The program begins with an orientation on Monday, June 18, 2018.

Sessions will be held weekly, every Monday, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Learning and Development Center (LDC), beginning on Monday, June 25, 2018.

New Application Process

Applications are being accepted until Friday, May 18, 2018, by 5:00 p.m.

  • Seating is Limited.


All interested participants must complete an application to be considered for enrollment into the program.


Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the program. However, all applications will remain on file for a period of six months. Should you apply for the June 2018 track and not be accepted, you will not need to reapply for the subsequent track beginning in January 2019.
