You are invited to the first PTA General Association Meeting for the school year.

DATE: August 31, 2023*

TIME: TBD (before the start of Back-to-School event)

LOCATION: Washington Elementary campus

*This is a change of date notice for the first General Association Meeting. The Washington Elementary PTA bylaws state that the first meeting occurs on the third Thursday of September. Our meeting will instead take place on Thursday, August 31 when Washington Elementary School hosts its Back-to-School night. Please mark your calendars.

We will follow up with the agenda and other pertinent documents 10 days in advance of the meeting.

**Please note: In order to vote on any matters brought up in the General Association Meeting, you must have a current/renewed PTA membership for at least 30 days (enrolled by August 1) and be in good standing.

Calling all incoming kindergarten families!

WELCOME TO WASHINGTON!

Washington PTA is hosting a kindergarten play date. This is an opportunity for you to meet other students and families, ask questions about after-school and extracurricular activities, get your spirit wear, and join the PTA!

When: Saturday, August 12, 10:00 AM to 12:00 NOON

Where: Franklin Park

*Bring your own water and snacks
