Important - Update to ALD Doctor's Appointments Requests
The district has updated the process for ALD requests with regards doctor's appointments. District-wide, all buildings are asking for documentation verifying any doctors appointments. Staff will need to select the "Illness/ Injury" drop down and put "doctor's appointment" in the description. After you return, you can scan the note provided by your medical provider and upload it to your leave request or you can place a hard copy in an the envelope provided outside Dr. Sayre's office. It is the best documentation and easiest way to ensure the credibility of our leave system.
