The Power of Connection Reception and Dinner

Join educational and community leaders for a memorable evening of
conversation and celebration at The Power of Connection Reception and
Dinner on Thursday, Oct. 17, at the Italian Community Center. The event
is hosted by the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee’s Office of Charter
Schools, now in its 20th year of partnering with community organizations to
provide additional high-quality K-12 options. Guests will learn about the
new Power of Connection Professional Development Series, which is designed
to empower Milwaukee-area charter school leaders, teachers and governing
boards. Recognition will be given to Paul Haubrich and Robert Kattman, the
first two directors of the Office of Charter Schools, for laying the
foundation of the work that continues today. We look forward to seeing you
there.
