Please read ALL information below for the protocol for Student Supply Pick Up
Student Materials/Belongings Distribution
May 11th - 8:00-3:00 (closed 11:00-12:00)
§ If you are feeling ill, have a fever, cough, or runny nose, please do NOT come for School Supply Pick Up. Call the front office or your child's teacher for support.
§ Families and students MUST REMAIN IN THEIR CARS at ALL times, no exceptions.
§ We ask families to please BE PATIENT as it will take time to get everyone through the line with the supplies they need!
§ For families who walk up (without a vehicle), you will be asked to stand against the front brick wall (6 feet from other families) and wait for belongings. You will have a staff member who will take your student's names and bring you your supplies. Again, we ask ALL families to follow Social Distancing protocol.
§ If families cannot come on May 11th: we are limited to the days we are allowed in the building. We are working on a second option, but as of now, we do not have that day chosen.
Protocol & Procedures:
1. Families will enter into the front parking lot through the Kiss N Go lane.
2. Upon entering, a staff member will stop each car and provide the following directions:
- Where to place library books (on the carts provided)
- Where to hand musical instruments.
- Where to proceed next for further instruction
3. Next, staff members, wearing orange vests, will assign each vehicle a numbered parking spot (1-15):
- Staff will write the number of the parking spot on the provided slip of paper
- Staff will place the paper under the front windshield wiper
- Your car will proceed to one of the assigned 15 parking spots
4. At the assigned parking spot, a staff member will:
- Greet you and take the slip from the windshield wiper
- Staff will write all of your student's name on the paper. (Multiple students can be written on the paper.)
- Staff will hand off the slip of paper to a “Parking Lot Runner” standing by.
5. The “Parking Lot Runner” will:
- Take the slip of paper to the gym door.
- They will collect your belongings and bring it back to your car.
6. As you leave the parking lot, you will only be able to turn RIGHT so you can see the Lost & Found hanging on the fence.
- When you see something that belongs to your child, a staff member standing with the Lost and Found articles will gather that belonging and bring it to your car.
