District is Conducting an Improvement Plan Survey

We are currently surveying student, parents, staff and community members to provide feedback on 5 areas for school improvement priorities. These priorities come from the work being done to develop the District Consolidated Improvement Plan (CIP) and the 3-Year Student Success Act (SSA) Plan. Both plans are part of the requirements attached to HB 3427 passed by the Oregon Legislature in July. Please take 5 minutes to take the survey at the link below. Your feedback is a critical part of the planning process. There will be additional opportunities for feedback as the planning process progresses. The plan is due March 15, 2020. The survey is available in English and spanish. English: https://forms.gle/XctJrSYywNor7pDW9 Spanish: https://forms.gle/giTa9XhaVpr6ycmo6 The survey will be open until December 1st. We will be providing opportunities to complete the survey during parent teacher conferences November 18-19. If you need further assistance with access to technology to complete the survey please contact Eva Briseno at briseno_eva@mtangel.k12.or.us, or at 503-845-2345.
