I would like to put a drop in the buckets of Lauren Moorhead and Edwin Lampe. They were recently observed teaching and were praised for doing a great job. I am very proud of these brand new teachers and how hard they are working for our students at Hernandez!
- Mario Acosta
Bucket Drop! Pen Drop! Mr. Sherman is organizing and applying for funding for He Named Me Malala Field Trip to experience her story in a visceral way for his Spanish students. I am very excited to accompany his group and watch this very moving documentary! #IBit

I have a few this week. I would like to add a drop to Ms. Saggiante's and Ms. Olano's buckets for helping me translate a letter that I needed to send home to parents. I would like to add a drop in Clarissa Lopez's bucket for her support of literacy in Orchestra. She created a rubric and writing stems that students will use to write reflections during class. I would like to add a drop in Ms. Moorhead's bucket for her growth mindset. Last but not least, I would like to add a drop in Mr. Oseguera's bucket for all his help in our ESL ELA classroom.
- Lara Raesz
I'd like to give drops in a bucket to our girls/boys coaching staff for the hours and dedication that they are putting into our student/athletes. They make me proud to be a part of their team.
- And a drop in the bucket to Cole Story for jumping in at the Volleyball game and running our clock when we ended up one worker short last minute. He is always there to be a team player and help out when needed, without question! Appreciate him so very much.
- Drop in the bucket to Mrs. TammyFern! Her positive spirit and guidance with our student/athletes in realizing when it's tough; they have to remember where they started from and that they are apart of something bigger than themselves... thank you TammyFern for being that voice outside of us "Coaches" that also says, "When the going gets tough, the tough keep going"!
- Karen Huffman
I want to send a drop to Milton Perez for being an awesome co-teacher in general and specifically for planning a diamond of the first water lesson for point of view.
- Kristen Morgan
I want to add a drop in Mr. V's bucket - he is always in the right place at the right time and has been able to help out our yearbook staffers with technical questions when they are out of the classroom!
- Ryan Smosna
Jennifer Squires is amazingly generous! I had a power surge to expand a science lesson and she came through with the needed supply....sponges. thank you Ms. Squires.
- Patti Cole
Ms. George for stepping up and helping our Sped team out of the goodness of her heart >3
- Cecilia Azulay
I would like a couple of HUGE drop in Ms Kristina Howard's bucket, for all her hard work, her lllllooooooonnnnngggggggg work hours and dedication to our school. She is greatly appreciated.
- Evelyn Cubias-Nevarez
I would like to put a drop in the buckets of Ms. TammyFern Reininger and PTA for organizing the Staff Hospitality and dinner during the Meet the Teacher Night. They were able to have lots of goodies for all of the staff members with last minute notification and it was very much appreciated! Thank you!
- Kristina Howard
Drop in the bucket for Lara Raesz for being so helpful and supportive!!
- Gustavo Oseguera
Here is a shout out to Mr. McBride, Ms. Peloquin, and Mrs. Tamayo! Being a first year teacher, I have a lot to learn. Mr. McBride is a great teacher and I am grateful to work with him.
Ms. Peloquin brightens my day with her great attitude and awesome presence in our classroom! Mrs. Tamayo is so amazing I can't say enough of how she helps me with my ESL kiddos.
I wake up everyday extremely proud to be a Bulldog and part of Hernandez Middle School!
