Principal's Message
Some weeks are just so much fun around here! Our MS night football was a huge success. Not only did we raise $3,500 for Allison's Allies but all of our student groups were fantastic! Great job cheer, dance and pep club! And what a win! Great job 8th grade football!
We also wanted to extend a huge thank you to our families! Our community service project was a HUGE success! With your kindness and generosity, we were able to donate 250 bags of necessities to the Uplift program in KC. Each bag contained a handwritten note from students, socks, underwear, gloves, hand warmers, batteries, shampoo, conditioner, soap, snacks, and a washcloth. We are so grateful for your help to make this a meaningful experience for our students!
We are looking forward to seeing you all at conferences next week! Have a wonderful weekend!

Information for Families
Husky Fund Campaign
The PRT Husky Fund provides funding for our student and staff initiatives for the year and it is the only major fundraiser for the fund’s annual budget. While there are many fundraisers for groups within the school, this is the only building fundraiser. Donations will be used to support our PBIS program and student and staff initiatives. Please see the attached flyer for more information and please help us meet our goal of $12,000 to support our programs! Suggested family donation is $30 but any donation is appreciated and all donations are optional. If we meet our goal, selected students will have an opportunity to spray the principals with silly string at the next pep assembly!
In looking ahead, the only other request for the year is one $10 gift card at the end of first semester for a staff holiday gift and a $10 gift card at the end of second semester for a teacher appreciation week gift. Keep an eye on future newsletters for more information!
We greatly appreciate your support and generosity!
