ANNOUNCING A FUN STUDENT SPORTS ACTIVITY!
The next sports opportunity at NCCS - V.T.G.’s - begins November 2nd! V.T.G.’s are Volleyball Training Groups and they will be rocking our gym the first 3 weeks of November with both JH and HS boys and girls all having the chance to serve, dig, set and spike.
Volleyball in Oregon is a girl’s only sport but that doesn’t stop us from inviting boys to assist in training. Mixed groups of 8-10 students will have 2-3 training sessions per week. Sessions will include both skill work and scrimmage time. These sessions will provide opportunities for all participants to improve their volleyball skills, get exercise and have social interaction. You don't have to know how to play or be on the team, just come out for some fun with your peers!
All interested participants must register by October 30th. After the coaches have the list of participants, they will divide the registrants into 8-10 person training groups (JH and HS will be separated). Each person will work with just their group for one week and then will be shuffled around to work out with a different training group the next week. The V.T.G.’s will wrap up with a 4 v 4 tournament prior to Thanksgiving break. Cost for the 3 week session is just $30.
To register a child who participated in our fall sports academy, please fill out this short registration form - V.T.G. Registration.
To register a child who did not participate in our fall sports academy, please register here - NCCS Athletic Registration.

Educational Travel Opportunity
EF’s (our tour company) number one priority from day one is safety, and continues to be so. They are working hard on restructuring all aspects of our tour to make sure our travelers are safe for travel. Additionally, their Peace of Mind policy takes away the worry of cancellations or needing to reschedule for reasons related to COVID.
Questions should be directed to Mrs. James (sherri_james@ncchristianschool.com), who is serving as the Tour Leader for this international educational opportunity.
Attention Parents:

Fundraising Committee-Seeking Volunteers!
Every year our school relies on several important Fund Raising Events to supplement our Annual Budget and we are reliant on the hard work and dedication of our parent volunteers.
This year we would like to create a general "Fundraising Committee" and then it’s members will be assigned to specific events. The biggest need will be those assigned to our Auction Committee and most importantly a skilled volunteer that can take the lead position of Auction Coordinator. There are various positions within this committee that require a range of commitment, so all are welcome!
If you are interested please contact, Emily Clark, Business Manager: Emily_clark@ncchristianschool.com
