no soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without
the consent of the owner, nor the time of war, bit in time of war, but
in a manner to be prescribe by law .

In Nevada there was a domestic disturbance and a homeowner filed a law suit saying that they violated their rights by barging in . But they don't know if a police officer counts as a soldier . the court rejected the case because there's no sense in calling police officer soldiers .
