ACE Mentoring Program
We are very busy gearing up for the 2020-2021 ACE Mentor programming year and wanted to fill you in on our plans.
We are excited to announce that for the first time, ACE Greater Philadelphia will be moving to an entirely virtual platform!
Introducing ACE360 Online - a comprehensive A/E/C career exploration and professional development series for high school students!
Each week, ACE360 Online will feature a different design and construction firm facilitating 4.5 hours of online programming over three afternoons. Online sessions will explore architecture, engineering, contracting, interior design, and other industries as well as the soft-skills necessary for professional advancement after high school - skills such as resume building, interview skills, and email/social media etiquette.
We also have an Alumni week scheduled to provide students with insight into what they can expect as they pursue their college or professional aspirations after high school graduation!
Each week, students will also have the opportunity to speak directly with industry professionals during Virtual Office Hours! These sessions will enable students to ask questions, participate in fun activities, and make professional connections which will help them acquire letters of recommendation and internships.
Please see the attached flyers for more information on ACE360 Online. If you would like to connect with me about how ACE can work with you to recruit students interested in pursuing a career in the design and construction industry, please reach out anytime - I'd love to speak with you!
