THE REASONING behind me choosing Protein is because , everyone grows and develops in some way. Protein helps your growth and development. Also when you get stronger or lift weights, or even work it helps repair your body. The food it can be found in arent that bad either, Protein can be found in plant and animals. Protein also provides amino acid that your bod cant make. Most animals and meat have all the amino acids that you need to keep your body strong and healthy. Plant on the other hand dont always have all the amino acids you need, so you need to eat a variety of plants, vegtables, fruit, to kep your body strong and healthy.
