If either of these apply to you anytime between now and the 22-23 school year starting, then you need to inform us of the change of enrollment plans by completing the proper form below.

BMW/SAE Engineering Scholarship
Applicants must demonstrate active participation in extracurricular science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) activities that take place outside the classroom (such as in clubs or in association with other organizations). Students must have a minimum unweighted GPA of 3.75. One scholarship will be awarded each year for $1500 per year.

**Flavorful Futures Scholarship**
Sponsored by Sparkling Ice, this scholarship is for students that have a 2.5 GPA or higher, are a US citizen or permanent legal resident, and will be enrolling full time in higher education in fall 2022. The scholarship is $5,000. There is a second scholarship ("Go Green") that is specifically for students pursuing a degree related to environmental studies and is involved in sustainable initiatives and projects.

**National Federation of the Blind Scholarship**
There are thirty merit-based scholarships currently available, in excess of $3,000. All scholarships are awarded on the basis of academic excellence, community service, and leadership. Finalists attend the national convention in July when the winners of each individual scholarship are selected. Applicants must be legally blind and 18 years old by July 5, 2022.

Cyprus Credit Union Scholarship
Cyprus Credit Union is excited to offer a limited number of college scholarships to Cyprus members who are current high school seniors. Students must also have a 3.0 GPA for each of the last two terms and plan to attend a Utah-accredited college, university, or trade school. We have confirmed that PHHS does meet their school requirement as well! There is a video and essay requirement. The scholarship is $1,000.

Young Technology Scholar Award

The BYU Management Society – Salt Lake City Chapter
Open to high school students in Utah. Candidates should demonstrate financial need, academic excellence, leadership, and meaningful community and/or religious service. Applicants do not have to be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints or have an affiliation with BYU. Amounts from $1,000 to $3,000 depending on need and merit.

Spring JumpStart Financial Literacy Scholarship
Utah 11th and 12th graders who have finished General Financial Literacy or are currently enrolled in GFL are encouraged to apply for this $1,250 scholarship. Students will make a 60 second YouTube video addressing the question, "What are 3 important skills from your financial literacy class that will help you prepare for college and life after college?”

Focus Friday Breakfast & Lunch Information
Patriot Families, the Nutrition Department would like to share with you that you will have the option to order a breakfast and lunch for your students to have for Focus Fridays. We will have the order form available as a link on the Patriot Hall website under the Nutrition tab. You will have access to order your student(s)meals up until the Monday BEFORE Focus Fridays. On this form it will ask you for your students school, student number, and what the option will be. The breakfast and lunch meals will be a, set, full complete reimbursable meal under the NSLP guidelines. This menu will be available for viewing on our online menu forum, Meal Viewer,
