Stress effects how we eat

A study shows that people who are stressed lean towards more unhealthy foods rather than a healthier option. People who arnt as stressed and are trying to eat healthy will be able to chose the healthier food instead of the unhealthy option

Stress also shows on the brain

Our brain when under stress can go through an altered patterns of connectivity between regions called amygdala, straitum, dorsolateral, ventromedial which effects our self control on food options. Modern levels of stress can even effect our self control

Why do we chose unhealthy foods under stress?

We chose unhealthy food when we're under stress because it's easy, it sometimes had a better taste. When I used to not be as health conscious I would grab something quick and easy because I didn't want to make something
