Health Related Components
All of these components are needed to stay healthy.
Flexibility
Flexibility is the ability to stretch different body parts as far as possible. One exercise to strengthen this component is a quad stretch.
Muscular Endurance
Muscular endurance is the ability to lift lighter weights multiple times without getting tired. One way to strengthen this component is to lift a light weight multiple times.
Muscular Strength
Muscular strength is the ability to lift a heavier weight only one or two times. One way to strengthen this component is to lift a very heavy weight once, take a long break, and then lift it again once.
