K-12 Science, Social Studies, and Technical Subjects
IES Summer Camp Information
Each camp will share resources and learning via Google + Communities and Edmodo, modeling the technology integration as well as providing a space for participants to "give and get" resources with other campers. The camps provide teachers and leaders the opportunity to learn, collaborate, and create in preparation for the new school year.
Campers can choose between three days for $275 or five days for $325. All camp sessions are eligible for stipend reimbursement. Campers start time is 8:30 AM and ends each day at 2:30 PM with an hour lunch break on your own. Campers will earn 5 hours of PD credit each day.

This camp is intended for grades K-12 in the content areas of Science, Social Studies, and all Technical Subjects. You will have an opportunity to select your pathway for learning. Please see the agenda link for details and register early on WIN CAP.

Pathways for Learning
For the K-12 Science, Social Studies, and Technical subjects camp, participants will select a single pathway for day 2 and day 3 of summer camp.
Pathways to choose include:
• Social Studies K-12
• Science K-12
• Technical Subjects K-12
• Mini-Research
• CCLS 101
Within each specific pathway, participants will be provided some choices to meet their learning goal established on day one of summer camp. Sessions 1-4 will develop and guide participants learning. In addition, digital technology break-out sessions will be offered to enhance professional practice along with optional design time.
Participants will be provided time to reflect upon their learning and to share with colleagues across the region.
