Astro December Update #1
Dream big. Reach for the stars. Together we achieve success!
Principal's Message
Dear Families,
Monday was pajama day! As a school, we reached our goal of every class clearing their coin boards. Students earn coins for their class by following the expectations of their class. We are finding unique ways to do some of the same celebrations we would do if we were in our brick and mortar classrooms. This is our first all-school coin party celebration!
Another way we are connecting and sharing with each other is with our new Astro Stars website. This website is a place for students to share their talents, ideas, and interests with each other. Check out Mrs. Anderson's video explaining the website and the link to the website.
Please reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns. We are here to help.
In partnership,
Jennifer Robbins

Information about Vaccines
HSD Nurses care. Vaccines help. You’ll miss less school if you get them.
Did you know? Vaccines are more important than ever this year!
- Vaccinating decreases risk. Vaccines help keep students healthy and prevent diseases that could take up critical hospital beds. Vaccines protect students from getting illnesses so they won’t miss school unnecessarily.
- Vaccines are required to attend school. Routine vaccination is still required by the state of Oregon for all students attending public school, even while in CDL.
- Check ParentVUE in Synergy. Your child’s immunization status is located there.
- We are here to help. If you need more information or assistance getting your child up-to-date on their vaccines, here are some resources:
