Library Check Out Program
Would your child like to check out a library book?
Happy Reading, Rainiers and EVA students!
We are excited to announce a new library check out program!
You may come to our school to collect your child’s library books from 12:00-1:00pm. This is also when the weekly Grab & Go meals are offered for a week’s worth of food. Please let us know when you pull up if you would like 5 breakfasts and lunches as well for your child.
To participate in this program please have your child submit their book request by Tuesday morning at 8:00am using this form.
All students in our school and in EVA (Preschool - 8th grade) may checkout books if they do not have a fine on their account. Mrs. Jacobs will alert you via email if you submit the form and there is a fine from books in the past.
Students may request one or two books.
The books may be checked out for two weeks. However, if you would like to have the book for one week and check out weekly, you may do so.
Students will receive their book(s) in a Ziploc bag. They will be provided a Ziploc bag to return their book.
Returns will be handled at the same timeframe every Monday from 11:00-12:00.
Please direct questions to Mrs. Jacobs at d.jacobs@eatonvilleschools.org
