We live in a globally connected society because of the advancements in technology. Many websites that you visit collect your information and sells it to other companies without your permission. This is sometimes considered a grey area. The use of technology to monitor people in schools, public places and more: leaves questions as to where a person’s privacy begins compared to the public aspect. The classroom must be designed to promote learning and provide safety for the students.
Students should be monitored at all times to ensure proper use of digital material and media.
Parents and students must sign an Acceptance Policy to insure that they understand the type of conduct that is expected of them when they use computer or digital technology.
