Did you know that almost 80% of the population will suffer from back ache at some point in their life but it doesn’t mean that it has to be the end of your active life. Within six weeks, we can help you ditch the back ache and improve your posture.

We are introducing the Viva Healthy Back Programme to:-
- Help you reduce your back pain
- Help you to re-strengthen your back so that you can get back to your daily activities
- Help you get back your mobility and flexibility
This is a six week programme that will teach you how to move more effectively and efficiently and help you understand and manage your back pain and reduce it. You will do six sessions over the six weeks that will have appropriate exercises to help you improve your back, give you education on back care, videos and handouts so you can continue your exercises at home and work on mindset as well.
We are also offering 4 weeks of aftercare to help you get you get your maintenance programme in place to continue the good work you will have done to improve the health of your back.
