- Main Idea and Details- what is the story mostly about ,what details support your answer
Math
In our next math unit, Math Module 3, we will again be working with number sense. The focus will be multiplication and division with units of 0, 1, 6-9 and multiples of 10. This unit allows students to build fluency with their multiplication facts. Skip counting can be used as a way to help build fluency. Please make sure you child is practicing math facts nightly!
IB
Our current IB unit is How the World Works. This unit focuses on balance and interdependence in the world. In the following weeks we will be discussing: how people depend on each other for needs and wants, sharing the world's resources, and what is our responsibility as a world citizen.
Some Additional Reminders:
Please read and practice multiplication facts nightly.
LexiaCore5 and Moby Max can be used at any time. These programs can be used after school hours for additional math and reading practice.
Please sign up for parent-teach conferences, if you have not already done so.
