Open House Is Tomorrow Tuesday 8/24!
We are holding our in-person open house event this TUESDAY, AUGUST 24th from 5-7pm. Teachers will be available to meet and greet students and families. Students should bring their printed schedules.
Please note for Open House that masks are recommended and not required by all visitors in the building. In an effort to reduce the possibility of virus spread before schools begin, we ask that during Open House time, you please visit your child’s classrooms, drop off necessary supplies and minimize the amount of time spent in the building. Franklin Youth Volition and our parent group, PAWS, will be set up outside the main entrance to talk with families and students about their programs. We look forward to seeing you tomorrow night!
As we get closer to welcoming students into the building, we would like to share information about our procedures that have been updated since last year.
Please take time to review our morning drop off and afternoon pick-up procedures. The procedures have been updated since last year but are consistent with the original drop off and pick up procedures we used during our first year at the new Forest Park.
Student schedules were released on Friday. Please reach out to your school counselor if you have any questions regarding your student's schedule.

Forest Park Athletics and Activities
Registration for Athletics and Activities for the 21-22 school year at Forest Park Middle School is now open. Registration is to be completed online only. No paper forms or sign ups will be accepted. Franklin Youth Boys Basketball Club
Tryouts for the Franklin Youth Boys Basketball Club (FYBBC) 2021-22 season will take place between September 12 – 16 per the following schedule:
Sunday, September 12 @ Franklin High School
6th grade 10:00 -11:30 am
7th grade 11:45 am - 1:15 pm
8th grade 1:30-3:00 pm
Monday, September 13 @ Forest Park Middle School
4th grade 5:45-7:00 pm
5th grade 7:15-8:45 pm
Tuesday, September 14 @ Forest Park Middle School
4th grade 5:45-7:15 pm
7th grade 7:30-9:00 pm
Wednesday, September 15 @ Forest Park Middle School
6th grade 5:45-7:15 pm
