MATH Learning Targets
3.NSBT.1: Use place value understanding to round whole numbers to the nearest 10 or 100.
- Develop conceptual understanding which means using a number line, base ten blocks, and hundreds chart as tools to support work with rounding
Reading Learning Targets
- Readers use textual evidence to support their thinking about a character’s traits, motivations and feelings and explain the differences between first and third person points of view.
Writing Learning Targets
- Writers develop characters and use details, including dialogue, to elaborate parts of their narratives and use temporal words and phrases as a way to signal order.
