Evaluation Time !!
Describe your overall diet. Did it change over the last few months, why of why not ? If so, it what ways ? Discuss the various aspects of your relationship to food ... when do you eat, how often ..... How you feel after certain meals .... be specific !!!
Follow the same format as Food Time
Time to set up new logs .... if you flaked a little last semester ... try to be consistent this semester - the logs will be worth more points.
Again, you may use google docs, a notebook, whatever works best for you !!!
