Austin ISD & Community Events & Resources
We have an exclusive offer for Austin ISD staff and families to own an affordable home through Austin Habitat for Humanity and Taylor Morrison. This is an opportunity to get some preferential treatment in the home buying process.
The homes are being built on Austin ISD land that was sold with the contingency that if homes were built, 25% of those homes had to be affordable and offered to Austin ISD staff and families first.
The homes start in the $200,000 and go into the low $300,000.
There are seven homes available for staff and families now, and 23 additional homes will be available in 2023.
Austin ISD staff and families get first dibs through June 30, then the homes are opened up to the public.
If you’re interested, sign up for notifications on available homes and you’ll be contacted.
