New Ticketing System Coming!

On June 15th, Information Technology is launching Support Hub, which will replace the Remedy Force ticketing system. The platform will feature improved self-service capabilities and communication notifications regarding the services you receive.


This is a very exciting and positive change that will supercharge our ability to transform the support experience for our customers.


New Features Include:

  • Self Service Portal to Report Incident and Request Technology
  • Look up the status of your open tickets via online portal
  • Find information in our Knowledge Base
  • Contact technology support via Chat
