Our Third and Fourth Grade Students Will Take the PSSA Exams in April and May of 2023!
The results from these assessments are used to ensure that all of our students get the support that they need in order to meet the PA Core Standards. We also use the results of these assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of our elementary curriculum.
I know that it can sometimes be necessary to schedule family vacations during the school year. If at all possible, please try to schedule your family vacations during our Spring Break, or before or after our PSSA test administration.
If you have any questions about these assessments, please email me at dglennon@neshaminy.org or call me at (215) 809-6340.

A Message from Our School Nurse:
Parent(s)/Guardian(s),
Please have your child stay at home if they are not feeling well. If they go to school, their condition may worsen and their illness may spread to others. A child may return to school after all symptoms are gone and they are diarrhea/vomit/fever free for 24 hours. This means, for example, that if a child is sent home at 10:00am on a Monday, the earliest he/she may return to school after being symptom free for 24 hours would be Wednesday. Please report to our nurse’s office any confirmed diagnosis of any contagious illness such as strep throat, conjunctivitis, fifths disease, flu, etc.
Thank you,
Kristi Wert, MSN, RN, CSN
